Botanics Radiant Youth Microdermabrasion Polish!

If you have read any of my previous posts then you may be aware that I do tend to struggle with my skin, especially when it comes to acne and scarring. A couple of months ago I decided that I wanted to switch to a more natural skin care routine and I came across Botanics when I was in boots.

I have been using the Botanics cleanser, toner and moisturiser in my morning and evening skincare routine and a few months ago I decided to give their microdermabrasion polish a try. I am aware that this product is aimed at more mature women but I decided to give it a try anyway as I have had previous experience with microdermabrasion (which you can read about here).

This product has been describe to…

This at-home, skin-polishing formula helps to gently slough dead skin cells away from the surface of the skin, boosting skins brightness and luminosity.

It is recommended that this product is used once a week, I tend to use it on a Friday as it is the end of the week and I feel like it is giving my face a little detox therapy after a week at work.

Processed with VSCO with a5 preset

After first use I have to admit that I was very impressed, my skin felt really smooth and it really did seem to exfoliate the skin very well. As it states, the product is very gentle on the skin even though the product feels as though it should be quite rough. Of course I do not believe that product removes as much dead skin compared to if you did have microdermabrasion treatment but for the price this product is definitely worth it and after being used for a little over a month I can feel a difference in my skin from this new routine.

I would rate this product an 8.5/10 and would recommend many people to try this.

I really enjoyed this. I’ve been getting into natural products to help with my acne. I just haven’t gotten back into the regime yet 😅
